MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

A specialised treatment using advanced lymphatic drainage techniques to support the lymphatic system and help manage swelling. I use medical lymphatic drainage for conditions including lymphoedema, lipoedema, oedema and post-operative swelling.
FIBROSIS
Fibrosis can leave areas of tissue feeling hard, tight, uneven or restricted, particularly following surgery. I use a combination of specialist techniques to help soften and mobilise the tissue, improve comfort and support the body’s recovery.

SCAR
C-SECTION
A specialised treatment for C-section scars, whether your birth was recent or many years ago. I work not only with the visible scar but also the surrounding and deeper tissues, helping to improve tightness, restriction, sensitivity and areas that feel stuck or uncomfortable.
Treatment is completely tailored to you and may incorporate scar therapy, lymphatic drainage and other techniques to help improve how the area feels, moves and looks.
POST SURGICAL
Specialist post-operative treatment tailored to you and your stage of recovery. I use lymphatic drainage alongside other techniques to help manage swelling, oedema, bruising, tissue restriction and fibrosis, while supporting the body’s natural healing process.

LIPOEDEMA
Lipoedema is a chronic condition that can cause pain, heaviness, swelling and changes within the tissues. My approach is focused on helping you better understand and manage your condition, using specialist lymphatic drainage alongside practical advice and ongoing support.
Treatment is tailored to you and may include lymphatic drainage, compression, tissue work and other techniques to help improve comfort, swelling and overall wellbeing.
LYMPHOEDEMA
Lymphoedema is a long-term condition that causes swelling when the lymphatic system is unable to drain fluid effectively. I am certified in lymphoedema management and offer specialist treatment to help you manage the condition and reduce its impact on everyday life.
Treatment is tailored to you and may include specialist lymphatic drainage, compression, skin care, movement and self-management techniques to help reduce swelling, improve comfort and support long-term management.
LYMPHOEDEMA BANDAGING &
DECONGESTIVE THERAPY
For more complex or persistent lymphoedema, a period of decongestive therapy may be recommended to help reduce swelling and improve the condition of the tissues. I am certified in Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT) and can provide specialist lymphatic drainage alongside multi-layer lymphoedema bandaging and compression.
This is a more intensive and individually planned treatment, so please contact me to discuss your needs before booking
ONCOLOGY
Specialist lymphatic treatment for those who have been affected by cancer and cancer treatment. I am trained in Oncology Massage and lymphatic care, with treatments individually tailored to support swelling, lymphoedema, tissue changes and overall comfort following surgery, radiotherapy or other cancer treatments.
